Open CardPop and navigate to the paywall screen, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Restoring is instant and free — it will never charge you again.
First try Restore Purchases on the paywall screen — this syncs your App Store subscription with the app. If the charge appears incorrect, visit reportaproblem.apple.com since all billing is handled by Apple. If the issue persists after restoring, email us and we'll help sort it out.
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find CardPop Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. You can also manage subscriptions directly in the App Store.
Check that your internet connection is active, then force-quit CardPop and reopen it. If card generation keeps failing, try using a smaller or lower-resolution photo. If the problem continues after a few attempts, email us with a brief description and we'll investigate.
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos, find CardPop in the list, and set access to All Photos or Selected Photos. You can also go to Settings → CardPop → Photos directly. Once permission is granted, return to the app and try again.
