CardPop ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the CardPop mobile application and how we treat it.
Short version: CardPop does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.

When you use CardPop to generate a greeting card, you may provide a photo. Only your photo and your selected theme/style are transmitted to Google's Gemini AI service — no personally identifiable information is included. The photo is deleted immediately after card generation is complete. It is never stored persistently on CardPop servers and is never used for any purpose other than generating your card.
Subscriptions and payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. CardPop does not receive or store your payment information. RevenueCat is used to verify your subscription status; it receives only an anonymous App Store receipt.
CardPop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
